The Elms Residential Care Home has 34 male and female residents. The home has been converted and extended to accommodate the needs of all our residents. We are located in the centre of Sutton Village and are extremely close to the local shops which include a post office and village shop.

The Manager of The Elms is Doreen Robinson, an experienced caring individual with over 20 years caring experience which includes working 9 years at the Elms. Doreen is supported by Jacky Hayes as Team Leader.Doreen and Jacky have worked together for the last 9 years at the Elms in senior roles. Our priority is providing and maintaining excellent care for their residents. We are open and honest and pride ourselves on running a quality home.

Doreen and Jacky are supported by a caring team who undergo a rigorous training and supervision programme, which ensures they are qualified to deliver high standards of care at all times. Our commitment to staff development and first-rate care delivery has been recognised by the Quality Development Scheme which we acquired in 1994 and have maintained ever since. We have also achieved investors in people status.
